Toutes les attractions principales étaient à proximité, ce qui était très pratique. La chambre était confortable avec un lit douillet et des oreillers moelleux. De plus, la salle de bain était bien entretenue et propre. Le personnel était accueillant et serviable, fournissant toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était également satisfaisant avec un buffet varié et des produits frais. C'était vraiment ce que je recherchais lors de ma visite.

La douche avait un problème de drainage, ce qui nécessitait de surveiller et de faire des pauses pour éviter d'inonder la salle de bain.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel in the heart of one of the most elegant areas of London. The location of the hotel was simply stunning, with its restaurant overlooking a beautiful rose-brick mansion. From here, I could easily access theaters and explore the trendy neighborhood. The room I stayed in was clean, fresh, and of a very high standard, making me feel like a valued guest. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable, and the service was impeccable. the amenities provided were second to none, enhancing my overall experience.

One minor drawback was that the Wi-Fi connection in some parts of the hotel was not very reliable.

Beautiful room, spacious yet tastefully decorated. Wonderful bathroom with heated toilet seat. Upgraded to double room without hassle. Lovely walkable area, close to Hyde Park, Oxford St, and the West End. Great location to explore by foot.

Subtle modern touches, relaxing spa and pool, excellent breakfast, must-visit bar and restaurant, beautiful room and bathroom.

For us it was ideal.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. They responded quickly and went the extra mile. I had the earliest check-in and latest check-out ever without extra fees. The rooms were beautiful and spacious compared to other luxury hotels. The hotel had a 2 Michelin Star restaurant with divine food and amazing staff. The charm and comfort were very nice, especially the bed and pool. The room service after my son's wedding was fantastic. I loved the old-world charm and being able to open my bedroom window.

The bathrooms are spotless and luxurious. The staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, ensuring a memorable experience. Guests can start their day with a delicious and freshly made breakfast.

The hotel lacks a view, which may be disappointing for some guests.

Friendly staff, welcoming treats for my wife's birthday, reserved areas in bars, pleasant service, Dyson hairdryer, comfortable bed and pool.

We were blown away by the luxurious amenities and exclusive services provided at this hotel. the indoor swimming pool was a highlight, complete with a sauna and steam room. the full body massage was relaxing and rejuvenating, and the beauty treatments were top-notch.

The only drawback was the location, as it was a bit far from the main attractions and restaurants. the hotel offers packed lunches and special diet menus.
